Can tamoxifen cause extreme fatigue

The radiation can cause fatigue - it varies from one to another @Spillsy .
The rads could take a good 4 weeks to recover from (including the very warm bread/chest area.)
Combined with the Tamoxifen - it could be accumulative.
All the best - are you able to cut back on your hours just while you get used to the new meds? xx
