Thank you for your thoughts! This pain is different to shin splints. Many moons ago there was a group of us that took on training from a very low base to participate in the Melbourne marathon. Shin splints were a killer but I pushed through and was the only one in the group to complete the full marathon distance. I believe that endurance training has been beneficial in this BC shitfest we endure. It's strange, that one leg is more intense than the other. Maybe it's the weather!
