Sorry to hear of the bone pain @iserbrown - I hope that the physio can sort it out for you.
Are you doing much walking? Shin splints can happen - specially if you've changed to new shoes?
It could just be yet another side effect of the Exemestane too ....Initially I thought it was wonderful - but then I was on it for 6 months (after 6 weeks on Letrozole) before my aches & pains became untenable ..... on Arimidex now. So far, so good!
