If it's Tamoxifen you're on, it can make you light headed, dizzy and mess with your balance. Not sure about the other HT's. I had it terribly for months after I started. Some days I wasn't game to drive ( try riding a horse with that going on lol) It's a lot better now with the change of brand and time, but I still get a few small doses of here and there. It disappears when I have my breaks.
