If I remember correctly you got a lot of benefit out of the Ex-med program - hopefully that is something you have been able to continue with and helps you through
I am re-visiting with the Exercise Physiologist from Ex-Med - I have my paperwork from GP, which apparently is valid for 12 months. I just have a couple of other issues to sort first
