Hi nimac. I started on Letrozole two months ago and have dry mouth, nose & eyes, sore ankle joints, awful hot flushes, constipation and sleep problems. Lots of women say that the side effects settle down after about six months so I'm slogging through hoping that they do. I'm experimenting with supplements to help the joint pain, currently taking magnesium. My ankles haven't been as bad this month. I don't know if that's the magnesium or just my body adjusting. I'm going to stop taking them next week and see what happens. Big hug, K xox
