Welcome to the forum lovely. Lots of genuinely awesome people on here to give you some advice and support. Sounds like a lot of us here. You're not alone. It will get easier but it's going to take a while for your body to get used to everything that's going on. Hang in there. There are many many many going through the same thing. If you are awake at ungodly o'clock we have a thread called Night Howls where you can chat to everyone that can't sleep!
