Hi @Finch, most definitely had the brain fog on Letrozole, which apparently has the same chemical structure as anastrozole (Arimidex). Also slightly dizzy but not to the degree that you describe.
I started on Letrozole a couple of weeks ago and it was so horrible that I have been given a temporary reprieve until after my surgery. Is it possible your oncologist would approve you taking a break and restarting after your holiday?
