@kmakm,
What I don't understand is why, when these drugs that have been on the market between 25 and 50 years something hasn't been done to tweak them. It's just like "Oh well, it works" (mostly) so you just have to suck up the shitty side. Surely that's long enough to realise the debilitating decrease in daily life for some people to have a look at improving them. Maybe they can't. It is not a minority that suffers either it is huge numbers of people. All you have to do is look at FB and see there are support pages purely for people suffering on hormone therapy. Tamoxifen has about 4 different pages with thousands complaining of the side effects.
How can you move past this thing if every day is a struggle and a reminder as soon as you open your eyes.. But then we are too scared not to take them just incase they are working. Whether they are or aren't is all a bit of pot luck but do you continue to merely exist and not live? It is a ridiculously hard choice for those that suffer a lot of side effects.
I often wonder how the triple neg ladies go. Whether or not they worry more because there is no HT for them. Or whether they are able to move on with their life a bit quicker??? @SoldierCrab what are your thoughts lovely?
CBD oil is available in Qld (not sure about the rest) under a special access scheme. Doctors seem a bit reluctant to prescribe it though from what I have heard.
Unfortunately @kmakm I don't have anything useful to add to get rid of the pain. You've tried everything I think. My husband has some oxycodone for his shoulder, I can post you some. I have tried to get some off him but he guards it like a pitbull. :smile:
Hugs sweets. Gentle ones of course.
