Bugger! I am SO Sorry to hear that @kitkatb - I hope you are feeling better now & it hasn't happened again.
Definitely contact your Doc or Breastcare nurse so it is 'on file' ... my mantra is: If In Doubt, Get Checked Out! If it happens at night - call 000. I've had it happen to me once - but I was already in hospital at the time & they did the Code Blue trick & suddenly there were 10 people around my bed, shoving adrenaline into me & lifting the bottom of the bed up to get my legs higher than my head!!
What is a "colour Doctor Wrist blood pressure Monitor'', @brenda?? I've never heard of it!
