Drug holiday over, today I started taking Letrozole again. At night this time. Don't know that it will make any difference but worth a try. If/when (she said optimistically) the side effects return...

Me too @kitkatb. The worst pain out of a biopsy, a hookwire procedure, two wide local excisions, chemo and a BMX & DIEP recon. For us it was excruciating but for others not too bad. So random. K xox
