Has anyone had dizzy spells on Letrozole. Had a stonker of one this morning for the first time feeling clammy and nausea. Quite a frightening experience as thought I would pass out especially as on my own at home at the moment. I haven't changed med's or done anything different. thanks in advance guys. xo
