After a break, Letrozole, continued...
Drug holiday over, today I started taking Letrozole again. At night this time. Don't know that it will make any difference but worth a try. If/when (she said optimistically) the side effects return...

Your Onc sounds a good guy, @Sister. They really DO need to work something out re the side effects tho .... it is just not ‘us’ complaining about it - but probably hundreds of thousands around the world, and more.
I found almost immediate relief using prednisone prior and during my uke festival earlier in the year .... and still have some left over, but know they don’t like you to be on it for long periods as it can weaken your bones if used over a long time. If it works well, next time you see him, maybe ask him about going on it one week on, 3 weeks off? I will do the same with my Onc when I Speak to her in the next week+, after the end of my 4 week break.
Shame you can’t take standard anti inflams as I’ve had some success with indocid and voltaren (not taken at the same time.)
