Drug holiday over, today I started taking Letrozole again. At night this time. Don't know that it will make any difference but worth a try. If/when (she said optimistically) the side effects return...

@iserbrown Nothing to be assessed really, it's the Letrozole. If I opt to stop taken it my oncologist will put me onto Tamoxifen. Better the devil I know at this point I think. My breast surgeon told me the best effect is in the first two years so I am determined to plough on for that amount of time. Maybe then I'll chat to the onc about making a change.
