I'm not sure whether I'm dealing with post-chemo fatigue, accumulation of poor sleep, or if it's Letrozole. I am tired all the time. A day's work is all I can manage and if I have too much on the weekend, I suffer for it badly. I've always had energy to burn so this is hard to deal with. As is the constant aches and now, the soft tissue injuries that I seem to be getting. I'm wondering about a break from it but have to admit that I'm a bit scared to go off it, even for a short while... 4 years and 4 months left (or possible 9 years and 4 months).
