Drug holiday over, today I started taking Letrozole again. At night this time. Don't know that it will make any difference but worth a try. If/when (she said optimistically) the side effects return...

@kezmusc My oncologist told me that they did a study where patients took an AI for three months on, three months off and so on (she didn't specify the overall duration) and it made no difference. She said they don't recommend it though as it makes compliance too difficult.
I get nausea with Letrozole too. More intermittent and less frequent than you though. Unpleasant.
