Drug holiday over, today I started taking Letrozole again. At night this time. Don't know that it will make any difference but worth a try. If/when (she said optimistically) the side effects return...

@kmakm I'm so sorry your ankles started aching again, I did read joint pain is a side effect. Oh and you've got the fatigue too :( I likened it to chemo fatigue. I find fatigue and sleep two different things, fatigue I just lie there awake or with eyes closed but not sleeping. I wish I had an answer to that, fingers crossed it will abate & the ankles will stop being so painful too. Sending healing thoughts your way. <3
