Drug holiday over, today I started taking Letrozole again. At night this time. Don't know that it will make any difference but worth a try. If/when (she said optimistically) the side effects return...

Hi @DebbieMc. I took a one month break from Letrozole in December (after taking it for six months) and when I started back my thumbs and hands were not as sore. My ankles resumed their aching as before though.
I know @kezmusc has had alleviation of symptoms after Tamoxifen breaks. It's interesting anecdotal evidence of something I suppose! I've never read or heard about it anywhere else.
I hear you about the fatigue. The last two days I've been exhausted. No rhyme or reason, just knackered completely out of proportion with my activity and sleep levels. Currently my oncologist is saying five to ten years, so a minimum of four years and two months to go...
