After a break, Letrozole, continued...
Drug holiday over, today I started taking Letrozole again. At night this time. Don't know that it will make any difference but worth a try. If/when (she said optimistically) the side effects return...

I presume my oncologist has no other suggestions of other hormone therapy after I got SVT while on Tamoxifen and Atrial fibrillation while on Letrozole.
His nurse finally rang me back two weeks after I rang for an appointment and said he will move my October appointment up to June. There was no mention of going back on to Letrozole. Perhaps he is waiting to see if the heart settles down and it really was as a result of Letrozole?
I have to have a bone scan just before the June appointment. That will be fun..not!
I have my brain back, and nearly all aches and pains are gone. I am finally living although I still have to take things easy because of the heart thing. Seems everything I do has a consequence. I tried mowing the other day and pulled the muscle in my shoulder. I have come to the realization that breast cancer is not a little fix it and get over it and back to life thing like friends and family think. It seems to me to be life long.
