Letrozole (Femara) side effects - some without understanding why! For me it was cholesterol level.
I have full blood tests on a regular basis, for obvious reasons and my cholesterol level prior to taking Femara was acceptable the next test shown it had risen. Now that I have been off Femara for 3 months this test has shown my cholesterol level is back in the normal range - go figure! My diet hasn't changed but my AI has!
For those on it, take note of what it is, if your diet and exercise regime has changed and have it checked
