After a break, Letrozole, continued...
Drug holiday over, today I started taking Letrozole again. At night this time. Don't know that it will make any difference but worth a try. If/when (she said optimistically) the side effects return...
Just be a little wary of information on websites overtly promoting alternatives - they are naturally not inclined to give good news about drugs. Not necessarily untrue (although some demonstrably are) but product biased. As @iserbrown says, there are a range of reactions. And 80 year olds are not necessarily deprived of pleasure.
