Drug holiday over, today I started taking Letrozole again. At night this time. Don't know that it will make any difference but worth a try. If/when (she said optimistically) the side effects return...

Morning all,
Just trying to catch up with a few threads. I haven't read all of it so may be repeating things that have already been said.
Re the tamoxifen and flushes @"Kiwi Angel" @kmakm @JJ70 my last break from it appears to have almost knocked out the flushes. Only 5 or 6 a day now and very minor (under a minute) compared to what they were. They have gotten better each time so there is hope that they don't stay the distance of the HT.
Interesting side note. I got a cold which turned into a chest infection and needed antibiotices. No flushes at all for the 5 days on the drugs which I thought was odd but excellent. Weird huh?
