Once I took scripts for both my husband and I into one of the local chemists. After arriving home, I found that one of his heart medications had my label on, with the instructions regarding dosage. Another box had my sticker on along with the dosage. (Mine was the Letrozole, labelled for him. Imagine if we were two old farts...(well we are two old farts actually), who both were not quite as sharp as we should have been... Needless, after fixing up the stuff up, I changed pharmacies.
