@Sister I understand absolutely what you're going through. I haven't regretted my decision to go off it - not for a moment. Today is day 30 without it. My oncologist said it would take about a month for side effects to go. It's only the past few days that I've woken without pain in my hands. I still have pain in my upper arms - deep pain like in the bone. The face and chest flushing at bedtime seems to have stopped. Am still tired (though less) and weak (the same). Arthritis in my hands is considerably worse than before surgery. I've googled about Letrozole-induced arthritis and it seems it's a thing.
I've managed to lose 2 kg. Today I start Lite n Easy and I'm going to try it for three weeks. I'm a good cook and I like cooking but lately I've not been motivated. If I can lose some weight and thus feel better, without having to think about what I'm going to eat, that might motivate me to then start cooking Mosley-style again. I want to lose another 12 kg to get to the weight I feel good at - 68kg.
