Drug holiday over, today I started taking Letrozole again. At night this time. Don't know that it will make any difference but worth a try. If/when (she said optimistically) the side effects return...

Just a quick update . It is suspected because of my palm issues I might have the start of carpal tunnel .Carpal tunnel is not an unknown side effect for people taking Letrozole.
I do however have tennis elbow not mets which should take another 4 weeks minimum to fix .If it’s not markedly better by then I may have cortisone injections at our local hospital guided by ultrasound.Tennis elbow is a repetitive strain injury effecting tendons but no linkages to Letrozole it seems.
