@Romla @kmakm Yes, all this stuff we're BUYING! Not easy for anyone, and on the pension a real challenge. I'm thinking of getting one of those support things for my achilles tendonitis & tear (not BC-related). I've been using rock tape but I don't know that it helps and it's awkward to apply and painful to remove. I think I'll try the curcumin.
Romla, it seems you definitely need a review of your situation with your oncologist. I've had bits of what you describe too. And am concerned about the fact that I get bad pain in the middle of my right upper arm (not the mastectomy side). It's deep like bone pain.
