I haven't done the pelvic floor exercises regularly since I was having babies. It's not a continence issue as such, it's an urge issue. It's as if I've drunk all day is coffee; it's that kind of irritated bladder feeling. Do pelvic floor exercises help that? Either way, I'll build them back into my day. Won't hurt.
I will definitely be discussing it with my GP next time I see her.
The sodium issue is interesting. Not surprising given the summer we're having! Also, I drink a lot in the hours after taking the Letrozole pill to counteract the dry mouth it gives me. My oncologist spoke to me about increasing the salt in my diet given my low bp issues. I might make one of those drinks a Hydralight one.
As @Blossom1961 said earlier, I didn't sign up for all this! It's a minor irritation I know, but geeze, they just keep piling on. I am working on acceptance. This is my life now and it's potentially extending and saving it. I plod on.
