After a break, Letrozole, continued...
Drug holiday over, today I started taking Letrozole again. At night this time. Don't know that it will make any difference but worth a try. If/when (she said optimistically) the side effects return...

Sorry to hear that @Josephine66 - I am trialling a Sports muscle/strain Rub called Percutane .... it appears to have loosened my finger stiffness (I can now form a fist in my left hand) but the thumbs in particular on both hands still very painful.
I was only on Letrozole for 6 weeks (I've been on Exemestane for 6 months now) but this pain now is what Letrozole gave me way back in the beginning - but took 6 months to develop with Exemestane! :(
For just the 1% likelihood of preventing a recurrence - I, to, am thinking of either giving it a break or stopping it altogether! I'll keep going for the meantime tho.
