Aching legs
Hello ladies!!!I I was wondering if anyone on Tamoxifen has experienced aching calf muscles during the night. Almost like a cramp? I haven't changed anything else,so can't work out what it would be from. Thanks in advance for any replies! Cheers xox Robyn

Last night for the 1st time in months I got leg cramps, in both calves at the same time. It was horrible, I was hobbling about trying to ease the cramps away. Interesting though when I went to bed my legs felt a little heavy and I wondered should I take another magnisium tablet but didn't.
I have a bad cold that just won't go away and I am wondering if I am a little dehydrated, that could be a contributor.
Anyway I suppose these things will happen from time to time.

Sorry I haven't been on for a couple of weeks, I picked up a bad cold that turned into a chest and throat infection. I wonder if I will ever get back to nromal again.
Anyway Take care on the 1 year mamogram don'r go alone. When I went I thought I would be ok and I walked intot he same center where I had my dye and wire done and burst into tears, big sook I am.
I know in my bones that it will be all good for you.

Oh robyn, I got my letter in the mail today too for my first mammo and ultrasound on my remaining breast. I think i quietly had a major anxiety attack :(
- Thanks Donna. I definitely won't stop taking it.Also,my hot flushes are starting to reduce in numbers,and I am rapt about it!I have my first yearly checkup in a couple of weeks,with a mammogram and ultrasound, so I am looking forward to that. Thanks and take carexxxRobyn

Interesting about the water, because I ahve only 1 kidney I have to be very careful of my fluid intake and how I consume water. I too have to drink it over intervals or my kidney can't process it properly.

I'm doing ok except poor hubby had to have his gallbladder out last week.He is recovering well and I hope we can have a reprieve from medical,surgical and dental stuff soon. Tonya xx
Carol, what relief you must have felt when you found out it was only degenerative changes! :) I wonder how much of the aching is due to that rather than anything else. After all, I was younger before I got cancer!!
