I've been away and not checked my computer for about 10 days so hadn't read up on how you are going, I am glad the magnesium worked for you, just don't stop taking them as in a couple of days it will come back.
Interesting about the water, because I ahve only 1 kidney I have to be very careful of my fluid intake and how I consume water. I too have to drink it over intervals or my kidney can't process it properly.
