What are your easiest, tastiest meals - quick to prepare when you can't think of anything!!

Here's a nice & easy cookie/macaroon recipe to try - just 3 ingredients!
Make sure you use nice fresh Desiccated Coconut ....
Do a mix of jams, so you find your preferred flavour!  Don't overfill tho!

    A friend made some with shredded coconut instead of desiccated ,... but they still turned out NICE!   She made them into a slice instead of individual ones - spreading them with the jam.
    She says they are divine & difficult to stop at just one! She has to hide them from her husband!  :)
