What are your easiest, tastiest meals - quick to prepare when you can't think of anything!!

If I was cooking for one I would be severely tempted to get Light and Easy! I can't determine what I want to eat at night in the morning and rarely feel like making decisions at 8pm! Luckily my partner does the lion's share of the cooking, especially during the week. My part is to show up on time and be complimentary. No trouble at all.
