Thank you for your kind comment. A cancer diagnosis brings out the best and worse aspects of human behaviour. Some people are just scared or can't deal with not having the dependable one okay. Other's think take the medicine and she'll be okay. My mother died from breast cancer at 64 when I was 25 and I always had it in the back of my mind that it would also get me too. My father died when I was 18 so I had no role model of a supportive partner dealing with a loved partner enduring this diagnosis. Cancer sucks enough without a partner not pitching in. I think you're better off being removed from a toxic relationship. All the best Sue
