What pets do you have?
I am interested what pets every one has. I have two old Standard Schnauzers (one of which knew I had breast cancer but I fobbed his sniffing off as being a sticky beak at the time), a rosella called Arnie because he will rip your fingers off like Arnold Schwartzeneggar as quick as you like and he is the boss of us. I also have about 15 aquariums with mostly pleco L number catfish and guppies and cherry shrimp.

- Me with my physiothery for after surgery. He is my stress relief and escape to another breast cancer free world. I also have two dogs who we dote on.
This is my 15 year old girl, Cleo. Hasn't left my side all through my treatment, cuddling next to me when I have been too sick to get out of bed. She just knows.
I had another fur baby, Bella, who also stuck close right through my treatment. After my mastectomy and recon, though, I had to lock her out of the bedroom as I was scared she would walk across my chest. A decision I now regret as it turns out she was also quite sick and I would have discovered this earlier had I allowed her to sleep next to me as she normally did. She passed away in September. Broke my heart.
Both of them knew I had cancer long before I did, sniffing around the area where I found the lump. Bless.
We also have rescue chickens. :)
- Thanks Brenda - he's a funny boy our Slinky...an Australian Mist and very much a canine in feline clothing! He even rolls onto his back for a tummy pat. 14 years old and still going strong. :)

- Best cat photo nekkid! Mel I would sneak in a little 1.5ft fish tank and a couple of guppies in that no pets scenario. Just put a cloth on top to disguise it and turn the buzzing airpump off during house inspections. If you are in hospital or something or away for a week, throw a little slice of raw sweet potato in and it will feed them for days and days. :)
- Cosette no unfortunately, im not allowed pets where we currently are,so its hard, maybe one day.
- Aw, I'm sorry to hear that @melclarity. Do you think you'll get another dog soon? I love watching YouTube videos of Malamutes and Huskies because they're so chatty. My dog mostly sighs dramatically.
- You can't beat the company of pets. Both of our Heelers have passed on aged 18 and 19. Whenever I look at their photo I get teary. The cat Ally thinks she's a pup. Follows us everywhere around the yard. The dogs taught her well.
