Unique family traditions and quirks that make you smile

We don't have any family traditions that I can think of.  One thing I miss since moving out of my parents home is that Dad used to come to my (closed) door and say "ni(ght) ni(ght) Mira" just before he went to bed every night.  It didn't matter if I was awake or asleep, he just said it.  I used to lie there and wait for it.
