Time has flown
Cannot believe it was July when I last posted a blog! With chemo finished it was on to the Radiation for 5 weeks and life was taken up with travelling to and from and having the treatments Monday ...

Thanks so much for your note. I can remember well how I felt this time last year - had my masectomy on 11th Jan 2012! It's very daunting but be assured you will get through it and before you know it, will be drawing your line under treatments etc. There will be ok days and not so ok days with chemo but it was not as bad as I had envisaged and I was on TAC, which is one of the strongest treatments!
Planning for our 2013 trip was deferred until after my mammogram/ultra sound results (on the remaining book of course) in mid December and they were all clear, so out came brochures and the laptop! Our original idea of UK plus river cruise in Europe has been postponed until 2014 due to no bookings available - too late in the day!
So now looking at a holiday in Tassie (never been) and another in NZ, for 2013 and will be booking the other trip for 2014 shortly!!
Will endeavour to read the blogs more often in future and fn you need a whinge or a cheer please send me a note.
