Three years on

Well this time three years ago I was probably under the knife. I had a very long day, having to be at the hospital for injections for nodes at 8am, & ended up being the last surgery for the day so didn't go in till nearly 4pm. I don't even remember recovery, only waking up at about midnight & then again a few hours later & a lovely nurse made me a cuppa & piece of toast........isn't it funny what we remember when we look back.  I seem to recall naively thinking over the next few days....well thats all over & done with, now for a holiday..... Three years on I think when will it all really end ?........who really knows.......

But as they say, life goes on.

    Congratulations. Funny how we all remember the anniversary and for me the first 5 times dread the annual mammogram and ultrasound as they kept finding things that needed to be biopsied! Your pink sister, Carol
