There's a bear in there... (just for fun)
I spent most of last week in Westmead and it happened to coincide with Bandaged Bear month.
So this is my new bear - Annerley Chatterbear. I am only bear-sitting - she will come on adventures with me and then later in the year will be adopted by one of the children in hospital.
This is my third bear (you know what they say about the third child) - the other two were Sprocket and Scarlet.
Sprocket came on my bike trip to Queensland in 2015
and Scarlet was bearnapped and went to Canada and Alaska in 2016.
I know we have lots of pink charities so I'm not going to detract from any fundraising - I just thought you might like to follow Annerley for fun. Winton is somewhere that I've long wanted to visit. I might have to try and time it around festival time in a couple of years - Annerley and I travelled up to Winton in western Queensland to attend the Vision Splendid Film Festival.
It is a week long festival held in an open air deckchair cinema.
What an amazing week. The weather was beautiful, the guest stars were amazing and the films were stunning. It is predominantly Australian talent and this needs to be nurtured and promoted - we have some top-notch skills in our film industry.

Annerley Chatterbear also got in on the circus act. - Better late than never
- Annerley has been a busy bear. She hitched a ride to Queensland with the Stop Adani Convoy.
- Annerley has a friend with her, too
- Annerley had a day out in Canberra. We had a Teddy Bear Picnic on the lawn of Old Parliament House and viewed the cartoon exhibition.
