Well this is a non cancer related blog!Today is my 59th birthday!I wasn't really expecting any presents,just a day with my husband and daughter,maybe some take out Thai for tea,and getting the food ready for tomorrow.Many years ago,I used to ride a bike,but when we came to Sydney,I just took up walking,because we live in the inner west,and it is very busy.Anyway,I got up this morning,and there in the lounge,was a brand new bike!!I still can't believe it.We have just been out ,and I have ridden all round the huge park near where we live!I feel so energised and happy,and still can't believe,that on my 59th birthday,I have a bike!!!!:) I am 9 days past my chemo.Come on ladies, you can do it! xoxoxoRobyn

Isn't it great how something unexpected can make you feel great? I think it's because,during the whole cancer thing,your life becomes so predictable in many ways.Looking back on my daily diary,my 3 rd cycle I was very lethargic on day 10.Today I feel like I could run a marathon.
