Planned trip to Europe in May

Hi,

We had also booked a trip to Europe and UK last year, then had the diagnosis. We had flights, hotels and a cruise all pre-paid.

Our wonderful Travel Agent in Sydney asked us for a letter from the GP describing the diagnosis and impossibility of travel due to treatment. Every airline - even internal European flights - refunded our payments, ditto hotels and Seabourn cruises. We did not have to use the insurance at all. Have you tried to do it this way?

It seems breast cancer is something people everywhere can relate to, and they were wonderful. All the best, and good luck.
