Gardens take many forms, whether they be large expansive green lawns to courtyard gardens with plants in pots. They do give us pleasure and relieve stress.
When we moved to our bush block I had expansive plans of 5 acres of lush tropical vegetation. Well 24 years later there is about one acre, however that one acre gives me much peace. I do wish that garden shows on tv did not show large lush expansive gardens that give the impression that the work is all done by one or two gardeners. There is not enough emphasis on small gardens.
