I'm doing well (still exercising!). I hope your friend will be ok. I am just so thank-ful for each day that I feel good. We have been inundated with friends who have not been so fortunate with cancer diagnoses lately. One who is only 27 and given 50/50 odds for melanoma, 2 with terminal bowel cancer (the younger only 49 who lost her battle last week) and another lovely friend who has a terminal lung condition. It is so sad but they have all been inspiring with their desire to still get as much out of life as possible. The human spirit is so strong. Xxx
