it is lovely to hear from you and a big congratulations. 3 years, way to go.
You need to do something to mark the anniversary. Maybe buy a lil cake and put 3 candles on it and make a wish for every year you can say you have achieved something so wonderful as beating this cancer.
However you plan to spend your day,enjoy, reflect and enjoy some more.
