Nutri Bullet
Hi Ladies,
I'm going to get a NutriBullet this week as I've been told by several people they are a great way to get all your vitamins while going through Chemo, I start my 2nd round of chemo on 14/...
Hi Anita
I had a Nutri Bullet before cancer and didn't get much joy with it as the bearings gave out pretty quickly (maybe I had a dud?). Once I started chemo I bought a nutri ninja and love it but if you only want to use it for softer foods the George Foreman is fantastic for the price, it just doesn't pulverise the harder veges like carrot really fine.
On my off days after chemo I find oats/quinnoa, blueberries, cinnamon, honey and milk (almond, dairy, coconut - whichever you prefer). I also keep patties/rissoles in the freezer to reheat/cook when I'm too tired - packed with every difference type of vegie I had at the time - (bok choy, kale, spinach, carrot, etc), I added a little turkey mince. Only need one or two and I feel like I have had something a little nutritional without having to cook up a heap of vegies.
Good luck.
