I have a grandson ! He was born Sunday Nov 17th, first child for my beautiful daughter (and the only one she says !!!)
I can't quite compute just yet that my child has her own child, I can still remember when SHE was a baby.
He is delightful, doing really well. All my darkness has gone away and I have a bright lovely lifetime to look forward to.
I MUST post a new pic of me, this scarved lady is definitely last year.

You will now know the true love of grandparenting. My baby girl had a little girl on 13-11-13 and I still find it hard to believe. I just keep looking at the beautiful baby pics and thinking "who are you beautiful"? Enjoy and have lots of love. XLeonie

Nothing quite pulls at your heart strings like your own child having a child. It is something very special.
Revel in every moment of the happiness it brings.

We had them staying for the last few days - he is just so perfect, I am devoted to him. And so proud of my baby girl, she is doing a wonderful job. Watching her cooing at him while she changed nappies - I remember that . . .
