Merry Xmas everyone - Hoping you have a good one!
Wishing everyone a Merry Xmas & happy & safe New Year - and hoping it is spent with family & friends, filled with lots of love, peace & happiness and good outcomes for 2020.
Many Thanks for all the support & advice that we have given each other & received in return, along with the tips & yes, even laughs - it is all SO important for our mental health as well as our physical health.
Our thoughts and prayers are with all those who've been badly affected by the bushfires across Australia - as we all hope for rain to take the pressure off the firies.
Some of us have been lucky enough to meet up with members during the year & forging strong friendships - and looking forward to meeting up with more in 2020.
Take care, look after yourselves - and remember that there will always be someone 'on line' throughout the Xmas/New Year period, if you need someone to chat to xxxx

- Merry Christmas everyone. I hope you all had a great day. I had lunch with my parents yesterday and realised as they were about to leave that I hadn't put the 100 bliss balls I made out on the table lol! So today is bliss ball & leftover day!

We have all formed such unique & special friendships & I know for sure, that the help & support I have found on here, has helped me in ways I would never have thought possible.
Special prayers for those effected by the bushfires, of which I know there are some on this forum. May you find the strength to get through & know that we are all here for you.
