I like how you put that you are still learning how to take care of yourself. It is like that with all the effects of the drugs and treatment on our poor bodies. Those hot flushes during exercise certainly add to the challenge. I am doing some exercise in the pool now. It is gentler on the joints and easier to keep cool.
