You know my story. I am right behind you when you take this insurance company to task. I think a phone call to the insurance ombudsman and your local member, followed by a letter to each would be a great start. Your blog would do very well as a basis for the letter. So when you are in the right head space (chemo fog free) I hope you rip into them. Let me know if there is anything I can help you with. And let me just say " bloody mongrels"!!
