You can end up with hypersensitive breasts. I found travelling hours in the car, the jiggling up and down of the car made my remaining one ache something shocking. Now on longer trips it seems ok but I have taken to wearing a supportive singlet under my shirt. Hot flushes, just bear it. Hit a fan on where possible. I can spend all day coat on coat off, fan on fan off. You just sort of get used to being quirky and will feel better in yourself once you do. Hang in there. <3
