Welcome to survivorship and I hope your diep flat surgery is smooth sailing ahead. It's an exhausting year to get through and  it's astonishing what we can get through when there is no choice other than to just lay down and let it beat us. You now know you are stronger than you ever thought you could be. Giving back is most certainly the way many of us have paid it forward.
